The three-star Omaha native, Caden VerMaas, is staying in Nebraska. The 6’0’ safety prospect signed with Nebraska on Wednesday but has been committed since April of 2023. He chose Nebraska over Iowa State, Iowa, and North Dakota State. Per ESPN, VerMaas is one of the top ten players in Nebraska and is a top 25 safety in the nation.
